This website is hosted by IONOS SE. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technical access data, including the referrer, the page or file accessed, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access and the IP address in anonymised form.
This data is processed to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website).
According to IONOS, website visitor data is stored for eight weeks and is not transferred to third parties or to countries outside the EU.

3. IONOS WebAnalytics
IONOS WebAnalytics is enabled by default by IONOS and is used for statistical analysis and technical optimisation of this website. The analysis is based on log files and/or a tracking pixel and does not use cookies. According to IONOS, the IP address transmitted when a page is accessed is anonymised immediately and no personal visitor profiles are created.
The data collected includes the referrer, page or file accessed, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access and the IP address in anonymised form.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the statistical analysis and technical optimisation of the website).

If you contact me by email, I process the information you provide in order to respond to your message and communicate with you.
Depending on the nature of your enquiry, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the processing is necessary in connection with entering into or performing a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other communication.
The data will be deleted when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, unless statutory retention obligations require it to be kept.
5. Cookies and external content
At present, this website does not use its own cookies or integrate external analytics, social media, video or font services. Images, video, fonts, CSS and JavaScript are served locally from the website’s webspace.
According to IONOS, IONOS WebAnalytics does not use cookies.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability and the right to object to processing.
